Advanced · [All help](https://vuela.cloud/en/docs.md) Most customers don't need an account: they get links to their proposals, payments and trip, and that's enough. But a customer who travels often, or a company that buys many trips from you, is better off with everything in one place. That's what the portal is for. ## What the customer sees When they sign in, the customer lands on **Your trips**: everything the agency has planned for them. - Each trip with its status: **Proposal**, **Booked**, **On the road** or **Completed**. - **See proposal** opens their proposals, to compare and accept them. - **Trip companion** opens the itinerary of each booked trip. - Your contact details, to message you. They see only their own trips. Never other customers, your costs or your margins, on any device. ## Invite a customer 1. Go to **Settings → Team**. 2. Under **Invite someone**, choose **Customer** under **Join as**. 3. Choose which of your agency's customers it's for. 4. Press **Create invite link**, copy it and send it. The customer creates their account from the link (or signs in with the one they have) and is linked to that customer. Like every invite, the link works once and expires in 7 days. ## Take away access In **Settings → Team**, press **Manage** next to the customer's account, then **Remove from team**.
