This guide takes you from nothing to your first proposal. ## 1. Create your agency 1. Go to [crm.vuela.cloud/register](https://crm.vuela.cloud/register). 2. Fill in your name, the **Agency name**, your email and a password of at least 8 characters. 3. Press **Create agency**. You're the agency's owner. You get a 14-day free trial, with no card. > **Were you invited to an agency that already exists?** Don't create a new one: open the invite link you were sent and join from there. See [Your team and roles](/en/docs/team-and-roles/). ## 2. Finish the setup Right after you sign up, Vuela offers five short steps. Skip any of them with **Skip for now** and finish it later in **Settings**. | Step | What you do | |---|---| | **Your agency** | The name, default currency, email, phone and WhatsApp your customers see. | | **Your brand** | Your logo and social profiles. They appear on every proposal, pay link and trip page. | | **Your team** | Invite links for the people who work with you. | | **Get paid online** | Connect Mercado Pago or Stripe so customers can pay from their phone. | | **Your first trip** | A customer and the trip they're asking about. | When you're done, the **All set** screen shows what's configured and takes you straight to **Build the first proposal**. ## 3. Find your way around The menu on the left follows how an agency works: - **Dashboard**: the day at a glance. Tasks, upcoming departures, messages that need a reply and payments due. - **Inbox** and **Tasks**: what you need to answer and what you need to do. - **Sales**: **Customers**, **Inquiries** and **Proposals**. - **Operations**: **Calendar**, **Bookings**, **Payments** and **Suppliers**. - **Insights**: **Reports** and **Activity**. - **Settings**, at the bottom, next to your profile picture. On a phone, the menu becomes a bar at the bottom with the main sections. ## 4. Go anywhere from the keyboard Press ⌘ K (Ctrl K on Windows), or just /, to open search. Find customers, inquiries and pages, and create new things without touching the mouse. Ask any screen for a tour Every screen has a **Tour** button at the top right. It shows what each part is for in under a minute.
