Your customers don't get a PDF: they get a link to a page with your brand that works well on a phone. There they compare options, pick what they prefer and accept the trip.

## Send the proposal

1. In the proposal, press **Mark as sent**.
2. Under **Send to customer**, send the **Customer link**:
   - **WhatsApp** opens a chat with the customer, with the message already written;
   - **Email** opens your mail app with the subject and the link;
   - **Copy** puts it on your clipboard to paste anywhere.

Marking it sent creates the link if the inquiry didn't have one, and schedules a follow-up task for you.

> Draft and ready proposals don't show on the link. Only sent ones do.

## One link per inquiry

The link belongs to the inquiry, not to each proposal. If you send Option A and then Option B, the customer sees both on the same link and can compare them. There's no new link to send.

## In person: the QR code

Press **Show QR codes** and the customer scans the proposal with their phone camera. Handy when they're at your office.

## What the customer sees

- Your logo, social profiles and contact details.
- Each option, with its flights, stays and experiences, and the trip day by day.
- The choices to pick from, with a price that updates instantly.
- The trip total, the price per traveler and how long it's valid.

They never see your costs or your margin.

## When the customer accepts

The customer presses **Accept & book this trip** and confirms with **Yes, book it**. Then:

- the proposal becomes **Accepted** and the inquiry **Booked**;
- the inquiry's other options are rejected;
- if you've connected Mercado Pago or Stripe, the customer can pay the deposit right away (see [Online payments](/en/docs/online-payments/));
- their day-by-day trip page unlocks.

If the customer confirms some other way, press **Mark accepted** and the same happens.

## When the customer declines

The customer can press **Not for me — decline this option** and tell you why: it's over budget, the dates don't work, it's not the trip they wanted or they booked elsewhere. The reasons stay on the proposal under **Why they declined**, so you can come back with something better.

## Regenerate the link

If you sent the link to the wrong person, press **Regenerate link**. The old link stops working for anyone who has it, and you need to send the new one to the customer.

## The trip, day by day

Once accepted, the customer gets a page with the whole trip: a countdown, the weather at the destination, each day with its flights and hotels, the confirmation numbers and a button to message you. Copy that link with **Copy trip link**. See [Bookings and trips](/en/docs/bookings-and-trips/).
