How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days with everything included, starting when you create your agency. No feature limits and no card.
Do I need a card to start?
No. You only add a card if you decide to subscribe. If you do it before the trial ends, your remaining days stay free and the first charge only happens when the trial is over.
What happens when the trial ends?
All your data stays saved. The agency switches to read-only: you can see clients, proposals and payments, but you can't create or edit until you subscribe. Once you do, you pick up exactly where you left off.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You cancel from the billing portal, with no calls and no forms. From the same place you update your card, download invoices or switch from monthly to yearly.
Which currency do I pay in, and which do I charge in?
Your Vuela subscription is billed in US dollars. You quote and charge your clients in Argentine pesos, US dollars or euros, whichever you choose for each trip.
Who owns the data?
Your agency does. Every agency has its own database, separate from the others, and only your team gets in, with the permissions you give them. Your travelers only see what you share with them.
