Vuela has one plan, everything included, for the whole agency. You don’t pay per user.

The free trial

Every new agency gets 14 days free, with no card. While it lasts, the app shows how many days you have left.

If you subscribe before it ends, you keep the days you have left: the first charge only comes when the trial ends.

Subscribe

1. Go to Settings → Billing.
2. Press Choose monthly or Choose yearly.
3. Pay by card in Stripe.

In a few seconds the page shows your plan and the date of the first charge. Only the agency’s owner can subscribe and change the subscription.

Change your card or plan, or cancel

In Settings → Billing, press Manage subscription. Stripe opens, where you change your card or plan, see your invoices or cancel.

If you cancel, the subscription runs until the end of the period you paid for.

If a payment fails

The subscription shows Payment due and asks you to update your card. You keep working meanwhile.

If the trial or subscription ends

Your data is safe and you can still look at it, but changes are paused until the subscription is active. Your team sees a notice asking the owner to subscribe.

Links you’ve already sent customers keep working: they can see their proposal, accept it and pay.
